- If a download isn't working, please include the full Threads post URL and the error message you saw — that's almost everything we need to reproduce it.
- If you're filing a DMCA takedown, see our DMCA policy for the information we need to act on it.
- If you're reporting abuse (someone using Threads Download at scale or outside our terms), share what you saw and we'll look into it.
Office hours & response time
Threads Download is operated by a small independent team. We monitor email Monday–Friday during working hours (UTC). General responses arrive within 2 business days; urgent legal/DMCA requests get priority and usually a same-day acknowledgement.
What we can't help with
- We can't recover Threads posts that the original creator has deleted — once they're gone from Threads, they're gone from us too (we never store them).
- We can't bypass private accounts, login walls, or age restrictions. Public posts only.
- We can't moderate content posted on Threads itself — please report those to Meta directly.
